Every regularly   employed worker must be at least 15 years old.

 

  • Respect the prohibition of corruption and bribery in   any dealing at all levels

Employees will   abstain from practices that have signs of corruption and bribery when   concluding transactions and doing business with third parties.

 

  • Health care and providing safety of all employees

SIJ Ravne   Systems strives to maintain a healthy and safe working environment and a   productive, non-discriminatory working environment and provides employees   with the protection of personal dignity.

 

  • Respect for basic human rights of employees

SIJ Ravne   Systems ensures respect for human rights and good relations with each other,   and therefore all acts or conduct leading to conflict or inciting hatred,   intolerance or contradicting the culture of the environment are prohibited.   Unworthy, daring, rude or violent behaviour is prohibited, as well as any   psychological or other violence that can cause disturbance, excitement, or   even endanger security. Relations between employees are based on mutual   respect. We respect the dignity and personal integrity of our employees and   help them develop their skills and knowledge.

 

  • Respect the prohibition of discrimination and protect   the dignity of employees

SIJ Ravne Systems provides employees with a work environment without   direct or indirect discrimination on grounds of sex, race, colour, age,   health status, disability, religious, political or other opinion, union   membership, national and social origin, family status, wealth, sexual   orientation or other personal circumstances.

 

  • Compliance with environmental internal and national   laws

We are complying with all laws on environmental protection. In cases   where there is no relevant law, our own criteria are determined and adhered   to according to the principle of a good master. Each of us must respect the policy   of company SIJ Ravne Systems and environmental protection laws. If we   participate in processes that have an impact on the environment, we must   strictly observe environmental protection regulations and have proper   permissions. All employees have a role to play in protecting the environment.   With dealing with scrap, we ensure respect for human health and environment,   we prevent all risks which could have negative impact on water, air, earth,   animals and plants, also excessive noise pollution and unpleasant smell.
