In compliance with the legal obligations regarding Article 33 of the European REACH Regulation N°1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals which entered into force on 1st of June 2007.
REACH/SVHC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The EU´s REACH Directive (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals, EC 1907/2006) came into force on 1.6.2007. It represents new European chemical legislation that has replaced some sections of the previous guidelines and directives.
REACH requires among others the registration of all chemical substances used or imported in the EU and all substances in preparations and products. The new directive applies to all chemical substances, regardless of whether or not they have any hazardous properties. They must be registered by manufactures and importers with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in
SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. fulfils all requirements resulting from REACH Directive with regard to the duties as “importer” of substances, preparations and products as well as the duties that arise out of the role as “downstream user”.
Only REACH compliant material was used to manufacture SIJ Ravne Systems products.
Due to our current knowledge the products of the SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. do not contain any of the substances published on the recent Candidate List (last updated: 25 June 2020) according to Article 59 (1, 10) of the REACH Directive and have been identified as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). These substances (Current number of substances in the Candidate List = 209) may have very serious and often irreversible effects on humans and the environment.
Be assured that SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. will continue to monitor the REACH regulations for any new Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) that may be included in subsequent ECHA candidate lists. SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. will compare any newly listed SVHC with the raw materials in our finished products and communicate this information to our customers.
